I have been struck by the sudden desire to pig out on roast pork, crispy bits of fat and all. But where can I get roast pork, in this accursed, culinarily-deprived backwater?
Not for the first time, I wish that I'm studying in New York, or Boston. (Toronto's not bad, either.)
